NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND THIRD PARTIES

This notice serves to inform all individuals, property owners, contractors, suppliers, and associated parties that Funny Farm Structures, located in Arp, Texas, operates as a consulting service specializing in the purchasing process in design, building, installation, and repair of various structures, including but not limited to agricultural buildings, barns, sheds, workshops, metal structures, wooden structures, and other custom building projects.

All services performed by Funny Farm Structures are governed by written agreements, estimates, invoices, and project approvals. By requesting or accepting services through Funny Farm Structures, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Work Authorization
No work will begin without an approved estimate, signed agreement, or clear written authorization from the client.

Payment Terms
Deposits, progress payments, and final balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in the project agreement or invoice. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of work, additional fees, collection action, or legal proceedings to recover outstanding balances.

Permits and Regulations
Property owners are responsible for ensuring that any required permits, zoning approvals, or inspections are obtained unless otherwise specified in writing.

Property Access and Safety
Clients must provide reasonable access to the project site. Funny Farm Building Structures is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, weather, acts of nature, or third-party interference.

Existing Conditions
Funny Farm Building Structures shall not be held responsible for damages or complications caused by pre-existing structural problems, hidden site conditions, underground utilities not disclosed, or previously completed work by others.

Workmanship Warranty
Any workmanship warranty provided applies only to work performed directly by Funny Farm Building Structures and does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by others after project completion.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to services provided will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation, arbitration, or legal action within the appropriate jurisdiction in the State of Texas.

This notice is issued to establish clear expectations, maintain transparency, and protect all parties involved in projects completed by Funny Farm Building Structures.
